The Republic of Turkey is the European Union's financing supported Ile; Science, Industry See "Competitive Sectors Program" under the roof of the Department of Technology conducted by the Ministry of Technology Implemented "My Bee, My Honey, My Honeycomb" project is a sectoral project with a budget of 10 million Euro. The project was prepared by the Beekeeping Research Institute in the scope of the IPA 1 program and presented to the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology in 2009, followed by approval by the European Union.
The General Purpose of My Bee My Honey My Honeycomb Project, Sinop, Samsun, Ordu, Giresun, Trabzon Rize is defined as increasing the Competitiveness of SMEs in beekeeping sector. It is targeted to establish a Regional Beekeeping Network (BAC) within the scope of a project which is completed in December 2016 and completed in June 2018.

The definitions and tasks of the units included in this structuring are as follows;
Beekeeping Products Processing and Packaging Facility (IPT) The main facility established in Ordu and processing, producing, packaging and storing beekeeping products (honey and wax) in modern conditions. The production capacity of IPT allows 3500 tons of beekeeping product per year to be processed in one shift (and increased by more shifts).

The Quality Certification Center (KSM) is a product analysis laboratory and is planned to become an accredited quality control center on an international scale in the long run. The Center is under the auspices of the Army Research Institute. In order to obtain accreditation, the laboratory's management model and organizational structure have been aligned to the relevant international norms and standards. The internationally recognized laboratory will ensure that beekeeping products are easily and reliably presented to national and international markets.

Consulting Contact Points (DTNs) are the interface between SMEs and BAA and provide business development and consultancy services to beekeeping SMEs. DTN's were established in Sinop, Samsun, Ordu, Giresun, Trabzon and Rize.
Beekeeping Products Promotion and Marketing Unit (TPB) is established in Ordu and is responsible for supporting / enhancing the market access of producers.
