Quality Certification Centre

The personnel and equipment infrastructure within the scope of the Beekeeping Research Institute Directorate has been combined with the laboratory established under the scope of "My Bee My Honey My Honeycomb Project" and the existing laboratory has been established under a single roof.

Instrumental Analysis Laboratory Unit, Physical and Analytical Chemistry Laboratory Unit, AR-GE Laboratory Unit and Sample Acceptance and Reporting Unit are divided into 4 different laboratories. In addition, the Quality Management Unit, Sample Preparation and Extraction sections are also included in the laboratories.

In these laboratories, various residue and quality parameters are analyzed in bee products, especially honey.

In these laboratories, various quality parameters of bee products are analyzed using titrimetric, refractometric methods and various laboratory equipments.

AR-GE Laboratory Unit

In these laboratories, research and analysis are carried out in order to develop more products, apart from routine analyzes.

Sample Acceptance and Reporting Unit

The acceptance of the samples from the laboratories, the registration and the transfer to the relevant laboratories are done in this unit. The evaluation of the analysis results and the conclusion of the final report are also made in this section.
